911 PC Help was founded in 2004 by Vlad Galant, a technologist whose IT journey began in the 1990s when he co-founded one of the first ISPs in Lithuania. That pioneer spirit, solve hard problems and never stop learning, has been part of our DNA ever since.

What started as a one-person operation in San Francisco grew into a full managed services firm with offices in San Francisco and Oakland, serving businesses across the entire Bay Area. We grew because our clients stayed, and because they referred us to others.

Our 94% client retention rate isn't an accident. It comes from treating every client like our only client, being honest about what they need (and what they don't), and showing up fast when things go wrong.
